Sahibzadi Amarpreet Ji Insan, the youngest daughter of His Holiness St. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, and Respected Rooh-E-Meet Ji Insan have had a baby boy on Friday afternoon i.e. 9th November 2012, in the pious birth month of Beparwah Shah Mastana Ji Maharaj. This news has been a source of immense joy and cheerfulness to the Royal Family and the devotees of Dera Sacha Sauda. ‘Inayat-E-Satguru Complex’ was charged with an air of excitement and merriment, and the huge assemblage of relatives and followers felicitated the Royal Family. The festivities reconvened in the evening religious congregation when the entire gathering wished joy to His Holiness on being Grandfather by shouting the holy slogan ‘Dhan Dhan Satguru Tera Hi Asra’ in a full-toned voice. Followers from different parts of India and abroad cheered His Highness through internet. Then the offering of ‘laddoo’ was distributed to all the followers, that was from His hard-earned money.

Hollywood producer Polly Platt has died aged 72 in New York. Her daughter Sashy Bogdanovich said that, she died on Wednesday of a form of motor neurone disease. Polly Platt leaves three grandsons and two daughter.


Polly Platt was born in lllinois and studied at Carnegie Institute of Technology in Pittsburgh and then she started costume designing.


Polly Platt worked with her husband Boganovich before divorce as a set designer on films including The Picture Show


After divorce in 1971, they maintained a professional relationship on hit films. Polly Platt was known for her long  professional relationship with director James L Books and was executive vice-president of his production company Gracie Films.


In the 80s Polly Platt presented Brooks with a cartoon strip written by the Matt Groening, who will later go on to create  The Simpsons. Brooks went on to become a long-standing writer on The Simpsons series.

Motorola Xoom and Xoom WiFi users in India will receive an update from Android 3.0 to Android 3.1on July 29, manufacturer of the handset announced that.


New features from Android 3.1 update activates the SD card slot so users can expand the memory of their Motorola Xoom up to 64 GB  with the addition of a 32GB SD card. 


This update also includes improved multi-tasking, providing instant visual access to a large number of applications as well as resizable home screen widgets for Gmail, Calendar and Browser.


New feature gives the option to tablets both keyboard and mouse support, which allows simultaneous input for devices over Bluetooth in every condition.


This will also carry to the Motorola Xoom, support for most PC joysticks and gamepads that connect over USB or Bluetooth. 


Android 3.1 update will also enable the users to transfer picture directly from camera, so users can connect their cameras over USB and import their pictures to the gallery with a single touch.


New version of the Android 3.1 maintain high speed WiFi connections and as well upgrade the Adobe Flash Player, file Manager to the Xoom.


Other countries in Asia Pacific that will receive the same update include Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
